We have an immediate opening for a Digital Engagement Coordinator for all digital and online initiatives. This position will work closely with the communications and engagement team, to produce inventive, thoughtful, on-brand and on-message content for across an array of media focusing primarily on digital and social media content. The position will also review posts and respond to customer comments and concerns to ensure positive reception of IPS, and its initiatives and programs.
How you will make an impact:
Manage day-to-day IPS social media channels, which includes daily posting and monitoring of all channels; responding to relevant inquiries in a timely manner and addressing comments and concerns on the district and school-level outlets.
Work cross-functionally to develop a social strategy and promote marketing campaigns, events, district announcements, and partner initiatives
Brainstorm and execute creative social media campaigns to drive district awareness
Analyze social media results to find ways to increase engagement and accelerate follower growth and ultimately drive family and community engagement
Film and edit short videos for use primarily online and via social media.
Assist with Podcast production.
BA/BS degree or equivalent with an emphasis in marketing or writing or a relevant field
1-2 years in social media marketing or similar role
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and thrive in an independent & often fast-paced environment
Strong written and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
